These nixie clocks are the most unique pieces of art you could own! It looks very cool and has a variety of options such as: turning LED on/off, adjusting the lightning, setting on an alarm, turning on/off a date. The staff is more than welcome to answer all of your questions with a very quick and friendly reply. But most of the information you can already find on their website and manual description. Very nice product and very well made. No flaws and very good finishing. It shipped quickly and as agreed. Packing was very nice and give sort of a special touch. It sits nice on my living room and is different than any other clock you may have seen. It is worth the investment.

I got one shipped to India for my wife. They shipped it on the same day, after reaching out to me on call and mail to confirm address and details. Quick, professional, and reached me in just 4 days (would have reached in 3, there was a Sunday in between). The clock is really classy, and is vfm in India - since alternatives are much more expensive and made of acrylic (amazon). Awesome job!

I bought this beautiful clock last year and a month ago it stopped working. I emailed past-indicator and a technician gave some troubleshooting advice, but it still wouldn't work. Without hesitation the company mailed me a new circuit board free of charge and I installed it in minutes. My clock is working again and I'm very pleased. It's nothing short of fantastic. It looks great, the construction quality is top-notch and it has all of the features you'd expect from any other clock. The menu system takes some getting used to, but it's not too difficult. Even then, the date and time was already set before I took it out of the box, which was a really nice touch. The passion the shop owner has really shines through, no matter what product you choose. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied when there was a mix-up with my order, which he didn't have to do. I may end up ordering another one as a gift for someone. Really great.

This clock is beautifully made and works great. I looked at a lot of nixie clocks before deciding on one. This is the best looking of the bunch and it looks even better in person. When I had a question, Vadim was very quick to respond from Russia. He is very helpful. I paid extra for DHl shipping and had the clock about 4 days after I ordered it. The setting is procedure is a bit tricky but don't get frustrated if you have a bit of trouble. Just go through the process again. Once you figure it out it is easy to go back and change a setting. I'm very happy with this clock and I'm sure you will be, too.

What can I say, I absolutely love this clock. I own a few nixie clocks and this is my favorite. It takes pride of place in my living room and demands attention from all who visit. Yes, it is expensive, however, very well made and comes with a great warranty and ability to repair yourself if a tube becomes faulty. I opted for the free postage and it arrived to the UK (SW London) in one week! Perhaps I was just lucky. Great communication with the seller, I would definitely do business with them again. Buy with absolute confidence.

This was a gift for my brother, a man that has everything he wants or needs and has the financial means to buy virtually anything. I spent a great deal of time looking for the perfect gift, and landed squarely on this clock. The quality is unmistakable, and I will be buying one for myself as well.

My boyfriend has wanted one of these for years so I surprised him with this one for Christmas last year. I was hesitant to buy it because of the cost and with it coming from overseas, but everything came as expected and it was well packaged. We received everything pictured in the description photos on here. It actually arrived a couple weeks sooner than expected. It came with an adapter for USA plugs and the tubes and the wood were in great shape. I haven't really played around with it too much but he has it set to orange numbers with a blue backlight and it looks really awesome, especially at night. It doesn't put out enough light to bother us at night but I am pretty sure there is a sleep setting on it for night time if you choose. It also has an alarm function but we don't use it either. I would definitely trust this company and use them again if needed in the future.

You can tell by the craftsmanship and care that went into making this beautiful and I mean beautiful timepiece ! it went excellent underneath my old 1880's clock the old with the new. I purchased a Nixie tube clock from Past Indicator five years ago. The clock arrived well packaged and in good working order. Vadim is very responsive to any questions I have had over the years and has even checked periodically to ask that the clock is still doing well. The clock has performed perfectly being used every day since I received it. On One tube, the dot marker between the numbers, recently got slightly dimmer, not a huge issue but just then, Vadim decided to email and ask how things were. I asked if I could purchase a replacement for that tube. He offered to send it for free. If you are looking to buy a Nixie tube clock there are other people that sell them, but I doubt any will stand behind their product and be as good at supporting you once they have your money. Do not hesitate to buy from Vadim at Past Indicator. You will not be disappointed
