PRIVACY POLICY

The present Personal data policy (hereinafter referred as Privacy policy) is applicable to all kind of information about a User that can be collected by an Online shop “past-indicator.com” owned by a sole proprietor Vadim S Antonov (Individual Taxpayer Number 772271561374, Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur 314774603500057) while a person using the website, programs and products of the shop.

1. DEFENITION OF TERMS

1.1 The key terms in the Privacy policy are given the following operational definitions:

1.1.1. “Online shop website administration (hereinafter referred as Site administration)” – employees authorized to website management for the sole proprietor Vadim S Antonov, these employees manage and/or process Personal data, define aims, components and operations for Personal data processing.

1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information that is expressly or implicitly relevant to a/the person (Personal data subject).

1.1.3. “Personal data processing” – any action (operation) or aggregation of actions (operations) with Personal data that is performed with or without automation equipment, includes Personal data collection, saving, storage, systematization, keeping current, updating, extracting, using, transferring (dissemination, supplying, access), depersonalization, banning, deleting, erasing etc.

1.1.4. “Personal data confidentiality” – obligatory requirement on a data operator or other official with an access to Personal data for preventing a dissemination of Personal data without a Personal data subject’s assent or other legal foundation.

1.1.5. “Online shop website user (hereinafter User)” – a person with an access to the website by means of Internet network, who uses the Online shop website.

1.1.6. “Cookie” — is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on a User's computer, which is being sent in a HTTP request by the User's web browser to a website while the User is browsing.

1.1.7. “IP address” — a unique numerical label assigned to each device connected to a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

2.1. Using the Online shop website by a User means his/her assent to the conditions of the present Privacy policy and Personal data processing.

2.2. In case if a User disagree with the conditions of the Privacy policy he/she should stop using the Online shop website.

2.3. The present Privacy policy only applies to the Online shop website «past-indicator.com». The online shop is not in control of or responsible for third-party websites, where a User can follow by a link from the Online shop website.

2.4. The Site administration do not check accuracy of Personal data provided by a User of the Online shop website.

3.3.1. If cookies are disabled it may lead to failure of access to that places on the Online shop website which are require authorization.

4.1.11. With an assent of a user performing marketing activities.

4.1.12. Providing a User access to websites or services with products, updating and/or services of the Online shop website’s partners.

5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING METHODS AND TERMS

5.1. User’s Personal data processing is performed with no time limits, any possible legal way, including ISPD (information system of personal data) with or without automation equipment.

5.2. A User agrees that the Site administration allowed to transfer Personal data to third-parties such as delivery services, postal services, telecom carrier, but only for such purpose as complete an order (including delivery of the item) that was created by the User on the Online shop website “past-indicator.com”.

5.3. User’s Personal data can be transferred to authorized representative of the Russian Federation government, but only on the grounds and in order established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal data the Site administration inform a User about loss or disclosure of his/her Personal data.

5.5. The Site administration take all necessary measures for User’s Personal data protection from illegal or accidental access, erasing, changing, blocking, copying, disclosure or other illegal acts of third-parties.

5.6. The Site administration along with a User take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of User’s Personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. A User is obligated to:

6.1.1. Provide Personal data that is necessary for the Online shop website usage.

6.1.2. Update, fill up provided Personal data if this information was changed.

6.2. The Site administration are obligated to:

6.2.1. Use received information exclusively for purposes indicated on clause 4 of the present Privacy policy.

6.2.2. Provide storage of confidential information in secrecy, do not disclose this information without preliminary written permission from a User, do not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other way provided by the User Personal data, except for the cases indicated on clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of the present Privacy policy.

6.2.3. Take precautionary measures for User’s Personal data confidentiality protection in accordance of methods, which are usual for protection of this kind of information in modern business practice.

6.2.4. Block User’s Personal data immediately after a request of a User or a User’s legal representative or authorized representative of protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of validation in case of revealing of false information or illegal actions.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

7.1. If the Site administration fails to meet its obligations than it should be held responsible for losses caused to a User due to illegal use of Personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases described in clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2 of the present Privacy policy.

7.2. The Site administration disclaim all responsibility for confidential information loss or disclosure in the following cases:

7.2.1. If confidential information became public before its loss or disclosure by the Site administration.

7.2.2. If confidential information was received from a third-party before it was received by the Site administration.

7.2.3. If confidential information was disclosed with a User’s assent.

8. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit for disputes between a User and the Site administration it is necessary to submit a claim (written offer for a voluntary settlement) to the other party.

8.2. A responding party informs a claimant on the results of a claim examination in writing within 30 days since receiving the claim.

8.3. If the parties could not achieve a settlement than the dispute should be referred to the court in accordance of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. The present Privacy policy and User-Site administration relations are performed according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1. The Site administration is allowed to make changes in the present Privacy policy without a User’s consent.

9.2. A new Privacy policy become effective since it had been posted on the Online shop website, except as otherwise provided in the new Privacy policy.
