We provide a two-year warranty for all our products (including Nixie
Tubes), and extended five-year warranty for a line of products. Within
this time in case there were detected a breakdown or any other
defects, you may ask for a repair of a product or even for its
replacement if necessary.
In case of replacement/refund if you make a claim in a period from
fourteen to thirty days (that’s policy of our company) from a
purchasing, not counting the day of purchasing, we guarantee
observance of consumer rights according to the Law of the Russian
Federation “On the Protection of the Consumers'Rights”.
You have the right to replace goods of satisfactory quality for
similar goods, if their form, size, style, color or complete equipment
have not been suited you. You can claim for replacement within thirty
days, not counting the day of purchasing, if product have not been
used, also its vendibility and consumer properties have been retained.
The absence of the cashier's receipt, or other document proving
payment for the commodity, does not affect your rights on
replacement.
With your consent, replacement of a product may be accomplished as
soon as a similar product comes in for sale. If similar goods are
absent in sales on a date of request, you have the right on demanding
a full refund for a commodity.
If you demand a refund for a commodity it shall be satisfied within
ten days from a date of such request.
Customized products are not subject to return. In case a buyer makes an advance payment for a customized product, a seller reserves the right not to repay the advance if a buyer cancels their order.
In case of selling a product of improper quality we accept claims for a refund within thirty days from a date of purchasing. Also under your request we provide a replacement or repair of a product within all warranty period. In case of a dispute over cause of defects of a product, we will examine a product at our company’s own expense. By your request, an expert’s decision may be challenged legally.
A cost of a commodity will be refund the same way as it has been paid. For a refund, may be required the cashier's receipt or the digital receipt, ID document.
You may return a product in person at the following address: Moscow (Russia), Design Center ARTPLAY, Nizhnyaya Syromyatnicheskaya Street, 10, building 9, 3rd floor, room 331. Also with a concurrence of our organization you may return a product by a courier/post.
If you haven't received the clock during these periods, you can ask us to send you the order again or send you the full refund for it:
- 90 days for orders sent by Russian Post
- 60 days for orders sent by EMS Russian Post
- 20 days for orders sent by UPS
If you have received your order after this period and you have already got the refund or we sent you the order again and you have received it twice, you should send it us back (we will cover shipping costs in this case) or pay for it.
